Paste a public link to a video or a podcast episode. When the platform has captions we use them, otherwise we transcribe the audio. Only public items work: nothing that needs signing in, a subscription or a membership.

Audio and video files (mp3, m4a, wav, mp4, webm and more) up to 500 MB, and subtitles in .srt or .vtt. Upload them in the app or paste a direct link to the file.
Other sites
- Links from other sites are tried too, on a best effort basis. Public videos on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or PeerTube often work.
- If a link does not work, download the recording and upload the file instead.
Not supported
- Streaming services with DRM: Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Prime Video, Apple TV+, SkyShowtime and similar. Upload their subtitles (.srt or .vtt) and we summarize those.
- Private, members-only and age-restricted items, and anything behind a sign-in.
- Live streams that have not finished yet.
